Memoire Conference Accommodation and Function Venue Rates and Facilities

Our Conference centre is equipped with beautiful wooden tables and upholstered wooden chairs. A Proxima is available for your use.
An R500.00 setup charge on the first day of your conference will be levied for standard equipment per conference room which includes 1 flipchart, a whiteboard, a screen and extension cord per function venue.

Additional equipment, breakaways and banquets is available and will be charged accordingly. All additional equipment should be arranged 90 Days prior to the event.

  • Fully inclusive 24hr Conference package for max 120 pax. Other accommodation however is available in the area if required.
  • Day conference package for 120 pax.
  • Half day package for 120 pax.

All our prices include VAT at 14%.

Half Day Conference Package

This conference rate includes the following:
  • 8:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 17:00
  • Cordials, water and sweets.

  • Chef selection of lunch.
  • All prices Include venue hire.
  • Cash Bar will be available.

We include the following in our Venue Hire charges:

  • Round, square or banquet Tables seating 10 people each.
  • Comfortable upholstered wooden chairs.
  • Cream/ white Table cloths and Linen Serviettes.
  • Standard Cutlery and Crockery.
  • Beautiful “cut glass” wine and champagne glasses for the tables
  • Table for DJ with Table cloth and Chairs.
  • Dance Floor Area.
  • Draping and fairy lights for the patio.
  • Beautiful Landscaped setting for capturing your special moments.

We do not include the following in our Venue Hire charges:

  • Candles and Candle Holders.
  • Table decorations
  • Table cloths, napkins and overlays other than main colours supplied.
  • Flowers.
  • Fairy lights in the reception area.
  • Photographer.
  • Corkage fee of R75 on own bottles of alcohol
  • Damages to linen.
  • Extra draping as requested
  • Music (In-house DJ Zoo Sound)
  • Breakages / theft.
  • Plated menus carry an extra surcharge of R200 per table.
  • Surcharge after 24h00 R2 000.00 per hour or part thereof.
